2. Medication & Treatment Policy:
All medications and products prescribed or sold through Virtual Vitality LLC, including those from Evexias Health Solutions, are sourced from FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies and trusted partners that adhere to strict safety and quality standards. Our medications and nutraceuticals are tailored to individual needs and are prescribed following a thorough consultation and medical assessment with a licensed healthcare provider. Please note that due to the nature of medication and health products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for medications or nutraceuticals.
3. Consultation Policy:
Consultations are conducted through our secure, user-friendly telemedicine platform, OptiMantra. All virtual consultations require a scheduled appointment and will be conducted by a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed healthcare provider. 5. Billing & Payments:

6. Shipping & Pickup Options:
Shipping for all products is typically processed within 7 business days. We also offer a pickup option for Evexias products at our location, providing more flexibility for clients who prefer to pick up their orders in person.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee. We encourage clients to inform us promptly if any issues arise to ensure the best service experience.
8. Medication Safety & Usage:
Medications prescribed by Virtual Vitality LLC should be used as directed by your healthcare provider. If you experience any adverse effects or have concerns about your treatment, contact us immediately for guidance. Self-adjusting medication or dosage without professional approval is strongly discouraged.
9. Service Availability & Limitations:
Virtual Vitality LLC’s services are available to residents in states where telemedicine and medication-assisted weight loss services are legally permitted. Certain services may be subject to state-specific regulations or restrictions. Virtual Vitality LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services in compliance with changing healthcare laws and regulations.
