How long does shipping take?

    - Shipping is overnight, however once the script is sent to the pharmacy there is about a 7 day processing time.

Will I get tracking information?

   - Yes, tracking info is sent to the email address you provided.

Does medication need to be refrigerated?

- Yes, the medication needs to be refrigerated.

What if my medications arrives warm?

- No biggie! Medication can be left out at room temperature for up to 60 days and not lose efficacy. Just place medication in the fridge when it arrives.

Will you send in Zofran?

- Absolutely! Just provide with the name and location of the pharmacy, and I will send it in same day.

Do you take Afterpay?

- Yes, we take afterpay.

Do you have payment plan options?

- Yes, payment plan options require a credit card agreement, this allows me to charge your card for the amount and duration we agree upon. There is a $50 charge for a declined charge.

What if I don’t like Semaglutide, can I switch to Tirzepatide?

- Yes, there is no contraindication in switching medications.

What is the difference in Semaglutide/Pyridoxine & Tirzepatide/Pyridoxine?

- Semaglutide/Pyridoxine is a single acting GLP and can be associated with more GI side effects. Tirzepatide/Pyridoxine is dual acting GLP & GIP which makes the medication more effective, and offers great anti inflammatory properties for anyone who suffers with autoimmune issues.

Do you have to stay on GLP for life?

- Nope! As long as you maintain the same habits you started while on a GLP, you will be fine titrating down and discontinuing.

Do I need a maintenance dose?

- This is patient specific. Some patients love a maintenance dose as it curbs there food noise and helps with insulin resistance. A maintenance dose is a smaller dose taken every 10-12 days.

I have a pink, itchy rash around my injection. What is it?

- This is common and known as an injection site reaction. You can use Benadryl cream on it as needed, but it normally goes away on its own in approximately 3 days.

What can I take if I am constipated?

- Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating fibrous fruits and vegetables. Stool softeners can be taken as needed. Its important to stay ahead of the poo and not behind. The quicker you resolve the issue the better. If you need to drink half a bottle of mag citrate to get pipes working, do it! Straining on the toilet for hours does not help anyone!

What foods should I avoid?

- Any high fat, high caloric foods- these will have you in the bathroom quick!

How much protein should I try to eat?

- 120g for a female, 180 grams for a male.

Does exercising help?

- ALWAYS! Resistance training and HIIT based workouts are best. If that seems a little too intense at first, aim to walk 30 minutes a day. Attainable goals are the best goals!

Do you take insurance?

- No, all my services are private pay.

How long will I be on the medication?

- Every patient is different. It all depends on your goals and results. Average weight loss is 6-12 pounds a month.

Will this cause me to lose my hair?

-  Nope- malnutrition causes you to lose your hair, lack of nutrients-not the medication, so eat whole foods!
